Adgo Studios ("Adgo," "we," "our," or "us") is an AI-native marketing studio and the team behind Adgo Ventures. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit adgostudios.com, join a Ventures product waitlist, or contact us through our quote form, email, or phone.

Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us and limited information automatically collected when you visit the site.
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, waitlist interests, and any notes or messages you send via our quote form, Ventures waitlist, email, or SMS.
- Estimator selections: the services and pricing options you select inside our quote tool.
- Automatically collected: standard web log information (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps) and cookies used to keep the site functioning and to understand site usage.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry, send you a quote, and discuss working together.
- To deliver the services you've engaged us for and communicate about active projects.
- To send transactional messages by email, SMS, or phone where you've provided that contact info.
- To confirm a Ventures waitlist signup and notify you when the specific product you selected has something new to try.
- To send marketing or promotional messages, only if you've opted in.
- To analyze and improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Adgo Ventures products and waitlists
Joining a Ventures waitlist does not create an application account. We use the email address and product interest you submit to manage the waitlist and send relevant product updates. If you choose to use a separate Ventures application, that product may collect account information, content, uploads, or usage data needed to provide its features. Any product-specific notice shown inside that application also applies to your use of it.
SMS / text messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from Adgo Studios, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for assistance. We will never share your phone number or text-opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers and platform partners that help us operate, communicate, host the site, and measure performance, including GoHighLevel, Vercel, and—only when you allow analytics—Meta. Their handling of data is also governed by their own privacy terms.
- Legal authorities if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- A business successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with the same protections in place).
Cookies and tracking
We use essential browser storage to remember your privacy choice. If you select Allow analytics, we also activate Meta Pixel to measure visits, actions such as contact or waitlist clicks, and the performance of our advertising. That can send Meta information such as your IP address, browser details, page URL, and event data; Meta may use that information under its own privacy terms. We do not send waitlist names or email addresses through our Pixel events.
Meta Pixel remains off until you allow it. You can change your choice at any time by selecting Review analytics choices. We also treat an enabled browser Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out.
Your rights and choices
- Access, correction, deletion: you can request a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Opt out: you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, or reply STOP to texts.
- Do Not Sell or Share: we do not sell personal information. You can opt out of analytics and advertising measurement through Privacy choices or an enabled Global Privacy Control signal.

Data retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your information except where retention is legally required.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by direct notice where appropriate.
